1.9 Delivery Policies
Shipments in Colombia are made through the Deprisa carrier or some other national door-to-door delivery service . All orders with a value equal to or greater than 99,000 COP qualify for free ground shipping within Colombian territory.
International shipments are made through DHL, the shipping cost and national taxes are calculated according to the destination, during the checkout process.
1.10 Delivery Times
Once the order is accepted, the order processing time is 5-7 business days. After the order is processed, it will be dispatched. Please note that delivery time excludes the days it takes for the order to be processed and dispatched. We only ship from Mon - Fri 9am - 2pm ET.
During holidays and business seasons such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, please allow us 1-4 business days to process your order.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
A tracking number will be sent to the customer via email or you can request it at the time the purchase is approved and dispatched . This tracking number allows the customer to track their order and view the status of the shipment.
Orders in Colombia are delivered regularly in a maximum of 7 business days. International orders are delivered in approximately 8 to 15 business days .
1.11 Exchange and Return Policies

Custom and modified parts are considered a final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
